Most of this scans like a soundtrack for Bladerunner-esque futures. "Overhead Floormats Under Toe" is almost a zen Santana. Overly experimental, it's pretty much an album for enthusiasts or those into dream soundscape for B-movies and Jon Hassell's Works of Fiction. The curious are better advised to buy Crimson's 2000 reconvene ConstruKction of Light, which features the best and title track "Heaven and Earth" as a bonus.
